The project planning and design phase is critical. I have decades of experience that I use to guide you through your project:

Determined by the size and complexity of the project a fee may be required at this time for design services and will be credited to your order when you purchase

I provide a complete set of computer-generated drawings

• perspectives, dimensioned elevations and floor plan, all cabinets labeled
• detailed review of these drawings and product pricing with you
• revise drawings as required

I provide recommendations for appliances, tile, granite, plumbing fixtures, etc.

I provide contractor recommendations

• precision installers, offering high quality service at very competitive prices

Before signing a contract for products, we:

Review all the projects design and product details

Confirm the timeline for the project

Answer any questions; such as, design rules, functional requirements and product specifications

The contract includes:

Precise price for your cabinetry, and/or, countertop(s), and/or hardware, and/or plumbing fixtures

Includes all costs associated with ordering, manufacture, and delivery of the products to your remodel site

Your design fee is applied as a credit to these costs

Payment is 50% deposit upon signing with balance due upon product delivery

I provide you and your contractor with the final set of detailed CAD drawings.

I then communicate directly with the manufacturer(s) to guarantee accuracy of the order.

To help assure quality installation and minimize time for the remodel,

I coordinate product delivery with your contractor

I work closely with your contractor, answering any questions about installation

I visit your jobsite regularly and as required

I continue working on your project until you are completely satisfied with the results.
